New, improved and better than ever before, the 2018 Red Paddle Co SUPs are definitely something to write home about! Here at Boylos we are super excited to be stocking their new and improved boards and paddles as well as some fantastic inflatable SUP package deals!

This blog post will tell you all you need to know about the new features of the 2018 range. With exclusive 4th generation MSL Fusion Technology Red’s boards are stronger than ever before, giving you complete confidence out on the water. Whats MSL you ask? It’s recognised as the industry’s leading construction process exclusive to Red Paddle Co. Illustrated in the graphic below.

Often, they’re so solid our customers mistake them for solid fibreglass! Red boast the new range, ‘oozes sophistication and style. Every board in the range has undergone an eye-catching, aesthetical face-lift whilst not losing the Red Paddle Co distinctive look.’

So, whats new in the 2018 collection?

15’ Tandem Voyager Board

This brand new addition to the Red collection is super exciting as it’s Red’s first tandem, purpose made for adventuring with your loved ones. The Tandem Voyager is 8’’ thick and 34’’ wide making it stiff and stable, allowing you to paddle with confidence. Another advantage to the size of this board is, that with the help of the bungee cords to hold baggage down, you can carry everything you need for your adventure!

10’6 Ride SE MSL

To celebrate their 10th anniversary, Red have designed an exclusive 2018, special edition board! With all the fab features of the bestseller; the 10’6 Ride. The SE also comes in a distinct and stand out new colour way. The reason for the 10’6 popularity is its versatility and stability. Perfect for beginners or the more experienced paddle boarder, you can’t go wrong with this board, and the new special edition makes it even more of a must have.

Elite Range

This year Red have developed their racing boards to make them better than ever. With all new Forward Flex Control (FFC) which consists of a carbon compression rod for hardcore stiffness. This is paired with Red’s existing RSS system to make it incredibly fast. For the less experienced racer the wider 28’’ Elite gives more stability for those slightly choppier days. This year Red have developed both a 12’6 and 14’0 model in two different widths.

Because its all in the detail and the little things matter, another new feature of the Red boards is the subtle embossed ‘Red repeater logo’ which adds traction and grip as well as making the colour of the deck pad last longer!
Embossed fins are also a new feature of the Red boards. The durable iFin system now looks even better with the Red logo positioned front and centre.

2-Year Warranty

Last but by no means least is Red’s new two- year warranty. Double the industry’s standard 12 month warranty, any customer purchasing a new Red Paddle Co board can register on the Red Paddle Co website for two year extended warranty. Literally placing Red in a class of its own.
